2. Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, including but not limited to differences in product image, failure to confirm product specifications before purchase, or order mistakes.

3. Request Period

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after the item has been delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us in advance through our Contact Us page. When contacting us, please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the defect or reason for the request
  • Photos showing the defect or damaged area, if applicable

5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return or exchange is due to an initial defect, damage during delivery, or an incorrect item sent by us, HOSHINON will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

After the returned item has arrived and its condition has been confirmed, we will process the refund within approximately 2 to 3 business days. Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Exchanges

If replacement stock is available, we will arrange an exchange. If a replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

8. Cases Where Returns or Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

  • More than 14 days have passed since the item was delivered
  • The request is due to customer convenience
  • The item has been used or shows signs of use
  • The item has been damaged or soiled due to the customer's responsibility
  • Accessories, manuals, original packaging, or other included items are missing
  • The item was returned without contacting us in advance
