Account Registration
How to create an account
Registration is free. You can also check out as a guest without creating an account.
- Click "Login" in the header and select "Create account."
- Enter your name, email address, and password, then click "Create account."
- Once registered, you can view your order history from your account page.
* If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and email settings.
Updating account info / Resetting password
After logging in, you can edit your account details from your account page. To reset your password, follow the instructions on the "Login" page.
Orders
How to place an order
- Select a quantity on the product page and click "Add to cart," then proceed to checkout.
- Enter your shipping address, delivery method, and payment information.
- Click "Place order" to complete. A confirmation email will be sent automatically.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email
- Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Check that emails from @hoshinon.com are not being filtered.
- If needed, contact us at support@hoshinon.com with your name and the email address used at checkout.
Receipts and invoices
Receipt issuance may vary depending on your payment method. If you need one, please contact us via the contact form with your order number and the name to be shown on the receipt.
* To prevent duplicate issuance, we will confirm your situation before processing.

When will I be charged?
Credit cards: Charged according to your card issuer's billing cycle.
Other methods: Payment is confirmed at the time of checkout.
When will I receive a refund?
If your return or cancellation is approved, we will process the refund after confirming receipt. Timing depends on your payment method and card issuer's billing cycle.

Estimated shipping time
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Missed delivery / Incorrect address
If a package is returned due to an extended absence or incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Changing or cancelling an order (before shipment)
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form with your order number.
Returns & exchanges (after delivery)
Defective or incorrect items
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Customer-initiated returns
- Unused and unopened items only, within 7 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Non-returnable cases
- More than 8 days after delivery
- Used or opened items (excluding defects), damage caused by the customer
- Missing accessories, packaging, or manuals (excluding defects)
How to return
- Submit your request via the contact form with your order number, name, and description of the issue (photos if available)
- We will provide return instructions
- Once received, we will process an exchange or refund
